Komura Hasselblad Telemore 95 6x6 Teleconverter Lens. This very well made Japanese teleconverter was designed for use with Hasselblad lenses, and is in excellent used shape, having been obviously very well cared for, with a front and rear cap, and the glass in very nice shape as well.
